“My role as Chair is, to see the panel develop and improve, to bring about change and success, and to see members grow in confidence.” 

I have been a member of the Panel since its inception three years ago. I had previous experience and wanted to be a member who could deliver and help other customers benefit from change and improvement.  

My previous Chair experience gives me the experience and knowledge to provide strong leadership and to be able to mentor new members and those with not so much experience to achieve the aims of the Panel.  

We are looking for members who can work as part of a team, complete tasks and be effective. They can further develop their knowledge and skills to complement those they already have and be part of a successful team which brings about positive change.
