Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Neither employees of Platform, nor their family members, shall be permitted to enter the prize draw.
2. All participants must be over the age of 18 years. Winners may be requested to provide proof of ID and ID must be in the name of the person who has entered the offer/promotion.
3. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
4. By participating in Platform offers/promotions, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
5. Closing dates and times stated will be in UK time (Great Britain). No further entries to the competition will be permitted after the stated closing dates. No responsibility can be accepted by Platform for entries that arrive after the closing date. It is entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their entry arrives with us on time.
6. Platform reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend the offer/promotion without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control.
7. The winners will be notified by post or phone within 21 days of the closing date.
8. Platform is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. Winners will be chosen by random using random number generator software from all entries received.
10. Platform will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner, but if not possible, will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Where the prize can be posted it will be sent by recorded delivery.
11. Winners must accept prizes within 14days of notification. If the participant cannot be contacted or does not provide a postal or email address to which the prize can be sent within seven days of notification, Platform reserves the right to withdraw the prize. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
12. Platform may use the winner's name (first name only) in publicity material unless the winner opts out. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 13. No personal information gathered from these offers/promotions will be passed on to any third party. For more information about how Platform protects your privacy see the Privacy Notice. 
14. The prize is not transferable and subject to availability. Platform reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits.
15. Where there is any inconsistency between these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms for a particular offer/promotion, the Special Terms will override the General Terms.
16. Platform’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer/promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. This offer/promotion and terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of England.
18. Any tax liability, because of entry, is the participant’s own.
