“It’s really rewarding to feel like you are helping other customers. I love taking part in the Community Chest funding meetings, as our decisions can help make a real difference in local Platform communities.” 

As a shared ownership resident, I try to represent the voice of other Platform shared owners within my role on the Customer Voice Panel.

It would be great to have more residents join the panel. When we hear from people in different areas and with different life experiences it really helps to open our eyes to the varied needs of the residents we represent. The team are very friendly and I always feel like our contributions are valued by Platform. Overall I find being a member of the CVP a really fulfilling experience.
