There are lots of ways you can get involved in your local community.
Whether it's taking part in one of our Communities Connected events, becoming a Community Rep or joining us on a neighbourhood walkabout, there is something for everyone.
I find it very interesting in the sense that you get to learn about all the various departments and the amount of work that goes into providing social housing on such a large scale. It's lovely to see the great work that comes out of Platform's Community Chest, Wellbeing Fund and Community projects.
Become a Community Rep
Would you like the chance to support your local community and make a real difference where you live?
Community Reps work with our Community Engagement Team to create a strong link between Platform and your community, primarily to help us ensure that your neighbourhood is a safe, friendly, tidy place where people are proud to live.

Become a Digital Volunteer
Do you have basic IT skills, including communicating via email, along with patience and a friendly personality? If so, our Digital Volunteer role could help you support people in your local community.
As a Digital Champion you will need to complete our short training course and be able to volunteer for around 2 hours per week to help our customers and communities to get online.

Have your say - Community Conversations
We are bringing more Community Conversations to your local neighbourhood. Our Customer and community Engagement team will be out and about in comunites to raise awareness of how you can get involved, have your say and help us shape our future services.
