A Lettings Officer can give you a full break breakdown of the charges of what is eligible for Housing Benefits payments. Please note our preferred ongoing method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
