Elizabeth Court has 40 apartments which consists of 38 one bedroomed & 2 two bedroomed properties. The self-contained apartments have their own private door to a hallway with two storage cupboards, lounge area, kitchen with built in oven and hob & cupboards, bedroom with door to en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. All low level and accessible for mobility.

You will be required to pay one month’s rent of between £863.96 and £945.98 (dependant on property type) in advance prior to signing for the property. Please note our preferred method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.
If you are a current Private Tenant, Council Tenant or a Housing Association Tenant / (Platform Housing Group Tenant) you will be required to give notice on your current home. This is usually 4 weeks or 1 months’ notice. You will only need to give Notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
