Estate Inspectors
As an Estate Inspector you will be invited to volunteer to score the grounds maintenance and cleaning services delivered to communal areas in your local area.
Becoming an Estate Inspector is a great way to help us monitor our standards and give us a resident’s eye view of how we are meeting our cleaning, and grounds maintenance standards.
You don’t need to be an expert or have years of experience to become an Estate inspector. All you need is enthusiasm and to be able to access the required areas. You can inspect one or both services.
What is involved in being an Estate Inspector?
Your skills
You will need to have:
- A positive and neutral outlook
- The ability to complete forms online. Paper versions are available.
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to look at standards objectively.
- An understanding of, and commitment towards, equality and diversity
Your Role
As an Estate Inspector you will:
- Look at the grounds maintenance in your area and complete an online form to score it against the specification. We’ll give you a photobook guide to help you.
- Look at the communal cleaning in your block and complete an online form to score it against the specification. We’ll give you a photobook guide to help you.
