I joined the scrutiny panel earlier this year. My experience, working in senior management for a major company, has enabled me to appreciate the needs of the business based on a customer first philosophy.  

We need new members to help create an environment that is customer led. People who want to make a difference and are happy to have their say, but who  are prepared to listen and respect others.
