I've been involved with Scrutiny for approximately 4 years. I joined the Panel to offer an impartial and open-minded opinion on how Platform operate and to try and improve things for both customers and staff. 

My working experience means I'm used to listening to what people need and want, I like to think I'm impartial but also very conscious of what is beneficial to both customers of Platform and Platform as an organisation. 

Being part of the Scrutiny Panel is an opportunity for positive input from customers with a view to improving quality of service and quality of life for all concerned. I would encourage new members to come along and actively take part in discussions, not be afraid to have an opinion and want to improve the way Platform provide services.
