Rosemary has worked as a CFO of many large Housing Associations including Southern, Notting Hill and Circle (now part of Clarion). She specialises in change and worked as a change consultant in the sector for five years with many large and small Housing Associations including Riverside, Beyond, Paradigm and Women’s Pioneer. Rosemary is passionate about providing low cost housing and also acts as a non-Executive on the boards of Soho Housing, Oxford City Housing and Shepherds Bush Housing.
