I’ve been on the panel for about 6 months and joined to ensure a neutral, yet honest opinion. I have many years of customer service experience under my belt and believe that the panel should help in the future with any issues tenants have. 

We need neutrality from new panel members and a broad demographic. Honest but open people who can see things from all angles. I’m proud of the work I’ve done that has assisted my fellow tenancy holders.
