Our Procurement team supports the engagement strategy by providing the credit community with key information related to our financial and operational performance and its debt financing arrangements.

We are committed to maintaining a resilient business profile and to maintaining a strong investment grade credit rating. It is currently rated A+ (with a stable outlook) by Standard & Poor’s and A+ (with a stable outlook) by Fitch.
Group Procurement
The Procurement Team at Platform is split into four teams: Category Management, Supply Chain Governance and Assurance, Group Insurance and Group Fleet.
The team are here to provide a group wide World-Class Procurement service to Platform Housing Group, leveraging our scale and size to procure products and services, generating commercial and social benefit coupled with the highest levels of service and compliance.
Using a structured Category Management approach, we will drive in commercial value through our spend via the introduction of internal controls and compliant professional procurement.
We ensure that Platform meets both regulatory and legislative requirements, providing assurance by working to mitigate risks. The team undertake robust assurance activities, ensuring integrity and compliance of our supply chain.
The Procurement Team will contribute to all our goals, so that Platform successfully achieves its ambitions both directly through better buying and indirectly through positively influencing our stakeholders.
